Your Quality Assurance Program A)oroval No. 0615 is hereby-terminated. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission )uilished a final rule, ef fective June 27, 1997, revising-the requirements of 1) CFR Part 34. " Licenses for Industrial Radiography and Radiation Safety Requirements for Industrial Radiographic Operations." The revision, which contained numerous changes in the requirements, also modified the quality assurance (0A) requirements for transportation. As a result of these changes, a separate NRC OA program approval is no longer needed.
