Dear Mr. Barnett:
Your Quality Assurance Program A) proval No. 0662 is hereby terminated. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission auflished a final rule. ef fective June 27, 1997, revising the requirements of 1) CfR Part 34. " Licenses for Industrial Radiography and Radiation Safety Requirements for Industrial Radiographic Operations." The revision, which contained numerous changes in the requirements, also modlfied the quality assurance (0A) requirements for transportation. As a result of these changes a separate NRC OA program approval is no longer needed.
