MODIFICATION NO. 6 TO TASK ORDER NO.10 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC 02 06404 Dear Dr. Patnck.
The purpose of this modiflambon is to extend the period of performance through September 30, 1990, et no additional cost or obligelion to the Govemment, to ellow the contractor additional time to complete the review of PathAnder Shirley Boein, WY, reclamation plan. Due to no fault d the NRC or the contractor, the initial suponse received from the Hoenese wm inadectuate.
Therefore, the extension shen include the resolution of any remaining issues and the properation of the Tecimical Evolustion Report related to gootechnicalissues. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as fotows:
The first sentence, second peregmph of the deflhltization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof.
"Teek Order No. 10 shell be in effect fmm January 27,1997 through September 30, 1998 with a cost ceWng of $62,732.*
