Enclosed are copies of the revised pages for the Technical Specification Bases for Unit I and Unit 2 of Farley Nuclear Plant. 'Ihese changes were made under the authority of 10 CFR 50.59 and l have been approved by the Plant Operation Review Committee.
Revisions to the Units 1 and 2 Safety Limit Bases result from Core Operating Limits Report and credit for spent fuel pool boron amendments changes. 'Ihe Units 1 and 2 Auxiliary Feedwater L System Bases revision incorporates the results of an analysis done to establish flow requirements
)i for various plant conditions. 'Ihe revision to the Unit 2 Reactivity Control Systems Bases will make the affected pages consistent with Unit I and will include changes from Unit 2 Amendments 118,120 and 127.
