Modification No. 05 to Task Order No. 12 under Contract No.
NRC-33-92-203 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $380,000.00 which increases the obligated amount from
$1,699,000.00 to $2,079,000.00. Accordingly, the following change is hereby made.
The third paragraph of the definitization letter is revised to read as follows:
"The amount presently obligated with res ect to this task order is
$2,079,000.00, of which the amount of represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of represents the fixed *.feb."
