NRC-04-97 039 Modification 110. 2 Page 2 of 3 In accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, the purpose of this modification is to identify: (1) the Governaent furnished property. (2) the equi 7 ment to be purchased under the contract, which has been authorized by the 14RC 'roject Officer via e-mails dated 7/10/97 and 7/17/97 and (3) insert site access requirements. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as l follows:
- 1. Under H 6. Ccntractor Acquired Government Equipment / Property, paragraph (a) is nodified as follows:
"(a) The Contractor is authorized to-acquire and/or fabricate the equipment / property listed below for use the performance of this contract. ,

(a) The NRC will provide the contractor with the following items for use under this contract:

"H.9 SITE ACCESS BADGE REQUIREMENTS (JUN 1988)
During the life of this contract, the rights of ingress and egress for l contractor personnel shall be made available as required. In this l regard, all contractor personnel whose duties under this contract require their presence on-site shall be clearly identifiable by a distinctive badge furnished by the Government. The Project Officer will assist the Contractor in obtaining the badges for the contractor personnel, it is the sole responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that each employee has proper identification at all times. All .
prescribed identification shall be immediately delivered to the Security Office for cancellation or disposition upon the termination of employnent of any contractor personnel. Contractor personnel must have this identification in their possession during on site aerformance under this contract. It is the Contractor's duty to ensure tle safeguarding of any records or data that contractor personnel may come into contact with. Adherence with special requirements for Foreign Nationals, in accordance with NRC Manual Chapter 2101, Part Vll.C, is the l responsibility of the Contractor."
