for reconsideration and clarification with respect to certain aspects of the Memorandum and Order (Rulings on Standing, Contentions, Rule Waiver Petition, and Procedural / Administrative Matters) issued by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board
(" Board") April 22,1998. In accordance with the Board's April 22 Order and its earlier Memorandum and Order of February 2,1998 (Memorializing Initial Prehearing I
Conference Directives), the Applicant requests the Board's approval to exceed the ten page limitation with respect to any motion for reconsideration and clarification that it may file with respect to the April 22,1998 Order. The Applicant is still reviewing the Board's i
Order and does not know exactly how many pages it may require for such a motion, but believes that an extra ten pages, or twenty page total, should be sufficient. Accordingly, 4
the Applicant requests the Board that it be allowed to file a motion for reconsideration and clarification with respect to the Board's April 22,1998 Order ofup to twenty pages.
