- 3) T. J. Tulon letter to A. B. Beach dated December 31,1997, transmitting Response to Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance Report i
Reference I refers to the Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance (SALP) Board Report, Period 14, for Braidwood Station. The report covered the period from October 1, 1995, through August 30,1997. The information documented in the report was discussed during a public meeting held at Braidwood Station on Tuesday, December 2,1997.
Braidwood Station responded to the SALP Report in a letter described in Reference 3.
This response delineated specific actions being taken (or planned to be taken) to address issues described in the SALP Report.
1 The SALP response specified the following corrective action: "a ' Scorecard' program, similar to the one currently being used by Operations, wil bc implemented by Ma:ntenance during the first quarter of 1998." The purpose of this letter is to inform you of a revision to the completion dates for this action.
The program will not be I
implemented during the first quarter of 1998 because the scope of this actic,n has been expanded. The implementation of the " Scorecard" program in the Maintenance crea will I
now be implemented at all of the Comed Nuclear Stations. The Nuclear Generation J(
Group (NGG)is working to complete this action by September 1998.
