Call from the SE Compact on the DSSt Case Kathryn Haynes called to ask if any of the State Officials in the SE Compau had ca%d us directly on the DSSI case, I said that Mike Mobley had advised us that the State of Tennessee was okay with the proposal but that no one else had.
communicated with us, to my knowledge. She said that in that case, we could conclude that there was no objection on the part of the SE Compact.
