Modification No. 3 To Task Order No.15 Under Contract No. NRC-33-92-203
,U The subject task oraer expred on January 13,1997, and we are initiating closeout action.
However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under this contract for other immediate agency
~ fequirements.1 Therefore, this modification is issued to deobligate unexpended funds in the -
amount of $2,757.48 which thereby decreases the obligated amount of this task order from.
$153,975.73 to $151.218.25 Accordingly, the firct sentence of the third paragraph of this task order definitization letter dated July 3,1996, is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following substituted in lieu thereof:
"The amount' presently obligated with respect to this task order is $151,218.25 of which
$145,296.11 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $5,922.14 represents the fixed fee."
All other terms and conditions of this task order remain unchanged.
