Dear Ms. Yowell:
l The purpose of the subject modification is to deobligate FY99 funds in the amount of $6,178.00 from this task and extend the period of performance from September 30,1999 to January 23, 2000. The extension is being made to coincide with the expiration of the contract. The
$6,178.00 is currently needed for other services under this contract. FYOO funding will be provided for future needs under this task. Based on the above, the obligated amount is decreased from $77,271.00 to $71,093.00.
