Sunday, August 02, 2020 9:09:49 AM Yes sir. I dont attempt to cover up what I did. I did give an accurate description of what happened. I knew the procedures. I did go to my supervisors. I regret allowing myself to be influenced into the path I did take. Any threat to the site did leave with me as I walked out to go home minutes later.

Thanks for your time Todd Hegeman Sent from my iPhone On Jul 28, 2020, at 3:52 PM, Kramer, John <John.Kramer@nrc.gov> wrote:

Thanks for your response. I have two follow-up questions.

Do you accept the apparent violation as discussed in your letter?

Do you understand the significance of complying with NRC regulations?

[External_Sender] Re: Choice Letter Almost two years ago now there was an incident where someone dropped several live rounds of.357 ammunition into my backpack during my shift at ANO. I noticed those rounds at the end of my shift as I was preparing to leave. I immediately took those rounds into the office to bubble it up to my supervisors and more senior general foremen. After a phonecall between the nightshift personnel on site and their dayshift counterparts I did agree to take that ammunition and leave site with them to throw them away. My work record shows that I had been a very trustworthy employee. I had accelerated through the craft I worked with. Was very respected and counted on.

When asked about the situation I volunteered a full statement. I tried to hide nothing.

Thank you for your time
