Dear Mr. Gambhir:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.185 o Facility Operating License.
t No. DPR-40 for the Fort Calhoun Station, Unit No.1. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your application dated July 25,1997, as supplemented by letters dated November 21,1997, and March 3,.1998.
The ' amendment revises TS to implement 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, Option B, and to allow performance based changes in conducting integrated leak rate testing (ILRT) and local leak rate. testing (Type B and C).
-. A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The Notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's next biweekly Federal Register notice.
