MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (Schedule for Prehearing Conference / Site Visit and Responses to Supplemental Petition)

In its October 17, 1997 memorandum and order, the Licensing' Board indicated it would reschedule the prehearing conference and site visit previously planned for the week of November 17, 1997. The Board now plans to hold the prehearing conference and site visit the week of January 26, 1998. As-before, the prehearing conference will be in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. The Board anticipates that the site visit will take half.a day _and that the prehearing conference will last at least two days.

Any participant that has potential scheduling conflicts the week of January 26 ihould contact the Board Chairman immediately at (301) 415-7454.
