I The purpose of this modification is to deobligate funds in the amount of $1,413.03, thereby decreasing the obligated amount of the contract from $7,085,000.00 to
$7,083,586.97.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
l Under Subsection B.2-Consideration and Obligations, the first sentence of paragraph b is deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is: $7,083,586.97" All other terms and conditions, including the contract ceiling of $8,920,281.00 remains unchanged.
