f The purpose of this modification is to: (1) obligate $30,000 for the performance incentive bonus for Option' Year 4, 2) increase the. total contract and obligated amounts by f30.000 from $2.408.099.10 to $2.438.099.10.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

Subsection B.7 " TOTAL CONTRACT CEILING AND OBLIGATION" is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
