Dear Mr.'Knubel:
This; letter is in regard to the James A. FitzPatrick plant-specific probabilistic risk assessment
-and which has been included-in(PRA)-model that you have provided to the NRC the NRC's " library" of_ PRA models that are developed using the " Systems Analysis Programs for Hands-on Integrated Reliability Evaluations"-(SAPHIRE) code.
This letter is to inform you of our intention of placing James A. FitzPatrick PRA model-on the docket and the public document room-in 30 days-from the date of this letter.
If you claim that your PRA model contains proprietary information, please submit:an affidavit as' required by 10 CFR 2.790 within the 30 days. We will review'your proposed claim and inform you of our acceptance
- or rejection of your claim.
