Per a telephone conversation on October 16,1997, between M. N. Leach of the NRC Region 111 staff, and G. A. Toleski, the Comed Corporate Fitness-for-Duty -
Administrator, we are supplementing our response.
The changa relates to the Operator's FFD Test History under Questien 2 in. The " Test Type" terminology was reviced to be consistent with current Corporate Security guidelines, and more complete information regarding the time and date the test results w are confirmed positive has been provided. Additionally, two additional random negative tests for the individual in question were indentified by manually searching FFD records back through 1994.
The attachment to this letter is considered exempt from public oisclosure in accordance with Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 2.790.
