In accordance with the requirement of Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS)
Units 2 and 3, Technical Specification 5.5.10.d, PECO Energy Company hereby submits all Unit 2 and Unit 3 Technical Specifications Bases changes through Unit 2 Bases Revision 17 and Unit 3 Bases Revision 19. The enclosed Bases reflect changes through April 1998, thereby satisfying the frequency requirements of 10CFR50.71.
