In accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.1.9, Public Service Electric and Gas (PSE&G) hereby transmits the Hope Creek Generating Station Cycle 7/ Reload 6 Core Operating Limits Report, NFS-0145, Revision 3. Revision 0 was previously submitted on March 15, 1996, and Revisions 1 and 2 were submitted on August 26, 1997. The specific core operating limits contained in NFS-0145_were established such that all applicable limits of the plant safety analysis continue to be met.

Appendices A and B of NFS-0090, Revision 0, submitted on April 26, 1994, consisted of reprinted proprietary information from the following two General Electric (GE) reports:

General Electric Report 23A6526AA, Revision 0, " Supplemental Reload Licensing Submittal for HCGS Reload 3, Cycle 4," dated January, 1991.

General Electric Report 23A76251296AA, Revision 0, " Lattice-Dependent MAPLHGR Report for HCGS Reload 5, Cycle 6," dated October, 1993.

The proprietary information in the above previously provided GE reports is contained in Appendices A, B, and C of this report.

Therefore, based upon verbal requests by the NRC to not submit duplicative proprietary material that requires treatment under 10CFR2.790, the last 9 pages of NFS-0145, consisting of the Appendices, are not being enclosed.
