Hill, NSP, to NRC Document Control Desk, " Initial Response to NRC Generic Letter 96-01: Testing of Safety-Related Logic Circuits," April 17,1996 Ref. 2 NRC Generic Letter 96-01, " Testing of Safety-Related Logic Circuits," January 10,1996 By letter dated April 17,1996 (Ref.1), NSP documented and described a commitment to implement the requested uctions of Generic Letter 96-01 at Monticello prior to startup from the 1998 refueling outage. By part (2) of the section entitled Required Response of Ref. 2, the staff required licensees to submit a written response to confirm completion of the requested actions within 30 days of completion of said actions. Accordingly, NSP hereby informs the staff that the actions described by NSP in Ref.1 are complete.
