This modification extends the period of performance of the subject contract for a one year period at no adoitional cost to the Government as indicated below.
Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:
Section F.6. " Duration of Contract Period" is revised to read as follows:
" Duration of Contract Period The ordering period for this contract shall commence on date of contract award and will expire on September 26, 1998. Any orders issued during this period shall be completed within the time specified on the order, unless otherwise specified herein.
(See 52.216 18 - Ordering)"
Section I.3 FAR Clause 52.21618. " Ordering (OCT 1995)" paragraph (a), last sentence, is revised to read as follows:
"Such orders may be issued from effective date of contract through the expiration date shown in Section F.6."
Section I.S. FAR Clause 52.216 22. " Indefinite Quantity (OCT 1995)". paragraph (d). last 3entence, is revised to read as follows:
"The contract shall govern the Contractor's and Government's rights and obligations with respect to that order to the same extent as if the order w'ere completed during the contract's effective period: provided, that the Contractor shall not be required to make any deliveries under this contract after six months following the expiration date of the ccntract."
All other terms and conditions of the contract, including the ceiling amount of $600.381.00. remain the same.
