Thank you for your letter dated March 11,1998, which responded to the recommendations and suggestions from the Integrated Materials Performance Evaluation Program (IMPEP) review of the Texas Department of Health.
We have reviewed your responses and are pleased to note that you are addressing our recommendations and suggestions. The status of these items will be discussed, along with other issues, at the July 15,1998, annual one day meeting with Jack Hornor, Regional State Agreements Officer, Region IV, and James Myers, Office of State Programs.
We appreciate the positive actions that you and your staff have taken and are continuing to implement with regard to our comments. I look forward to our agencies continuing to work cooperatively in the future.
