Department of Health E-Human Services, requesting an int.orpretation of- the term " unsuitable' for. release. in- accordance with NRC requirements" -in 10 CFR F 30.36 (d) (2) . Mr. Lanman discussed this issue with Steve Lewis, who advised him to send a letter requesting NRC'stadvice.as to the meaning of this phrase. I The11etter makes reference to various guidance- documents issued by '
the staff and warrants initial 1 consideration by the -Division of Wasto. Management. We are also sending a copy to Don Cool, since ,
