In accordance with provisions of 10CFR50.54(p), Toledo Edison (TE) hereby submits one original and three copies of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit Number 1, Revision 17 of the Industrial Security Plan (Attachment 1) and Revision 10 of the Nuclear Security Training and Qualification Plan (Attachment 2). A report of the changes made to each document is included with each copy.
l The revision of each document incorporates changes to resolve Nuclear Regulatory Commission weaknesses and observations for the last two revisions of these plans. Inspection Report (IR) 50-346/97010 dated October 11,1997 (TE Log Number 1-3906) identified weaknesses in the I
Industrial Security Plan (ISP) as inspection followup item 50-346/97010-02. Revision 17 of the l
ISP incorporates changes for this item and additional observations documented in IR 97010. In
- the NRC letter acknowledging receipt of Training and Qualification Plan (T&QP) revisions 8 and 9 (TE Log Number 1-3915), observations were documented that are incorporated in T&QP revision 10..contains Safeguards Information and pursuant to 10CFR 73.21 is to be withheld from public disclosure.
