t NRC-04-97-039 Modification No. 7 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) correct the B&R No. in Modification No. 6, and (2) l provide incremental funding in the amount of $25,000.00 which increase the obligated amount from $2,375,847.28 to $2,400,847.28. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

1, in Block No.12 of Modification No. 6, the B&R No. "8606082100"is deleted and the no. "86060826100"is inserted.

Under Section B.3, Consideration and Obligation, paragraph (e) is deleted and the l

following paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:

"(e)

The amount currently obligated with respect to this contract is $2,400,847.28."

i All other terms and conditions, including the ceiling amount of $2,588,345.69, remains i

unchanged.

l A summary of obligations, from the award date through the date of this modification, are l
