MODIFICATION NO. 4 TO GRANT NO. NRC-04-94-089 BETWEEN PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY AND THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of this grant through August 15, 1998, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government. Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:

Block No. 3. Grant Period, is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"fROM: 01/01/95 TO: 08/15/98*
All other terms and conditions, including the grant ceiling amount of
$109,839.00 remain unchanged.
This modification does not obligate any FY97 funds.
