CONTRACT NO. NRC-33-93-201/SBA #0353-93-3-00685, STOP-WORK ORDER This letter is a follow-up to the verbal notification given to Ms. Ann Kerry on March 20,1998, by the Contract Specialist, Mr. Michael Tumer, to stop work on task number six to the subject contract.

You are directed to stop all work on Task 6-entitled " Enhanced Document Processing" in support of the subject contract effective March 23,1998. This action is necessary pending the issuance of a contract modification which reduces the scope of work in accordance with contract clause FAR 52.243 Changes - Cost Reimbursement Alt I (APR 1984). You shall discontinue to purchase those items of supplies, services, materials, or equipment as addressed in the above subject contract for Task 6. Also, any subcontractor effort on Task 6 is directed to stop.

Acceptance of this letter should be made by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the below Contract Specialist. You should retain the third copy for your records.
