Dear Mr. Gaskin:
In support of General Atomics'(OA's) request for release of "non impacted" facilities and surrounding land on GA's Main Site and Sorrento Valley Site, GA supplied the information referenced above. This information included drawings showing the "non impacted" areas. The " title block" on those drawings included a statement indicating that they were "Froprietary Infonnation." in a recent telephone conversation between Ms. lleather Astwood and Ms. Laura Oontales, Ms. Astwood asked if these drawings did indeed contain " proprietary infonuation."
OA has reviewed these drawings and has concluded that they do not need to be classified as
" proprietary information". Ms. Astwood indicated that if the drawings did not contain proprietary information, they would not have to be revised to reflect this, but that GA should document same in a letter to your office. That is the purpose of this letter. The subject drawings are not to be considered as proprietary information and the language to that alfect on them may be disregarded and may be struck.
If you have any questions regarding the above, please do not hesitate to contact me at (619) 455-2823.
Very Truly Yours,
' ~
