Waterford 3 SES Docket No. 50-382 License No. NPF-38 Update to Technical Specification Change Request NPF-38-178 Gentlemen:
By letter dated July 17,1996, Waterford 3 submitted the subject Technical Specification Change to amend the Waterford 3 Operating License. The amendment reflects that Louisiana Power & Light Company, which is licensed to own and operate Waterford 3, has changed its name to Entergy Louisiana, Inc. The submittal failed to include the name change to Appendix B of the Facility Operating License, Environmental Protection Plan (Nonradiological). The revised page is attached and provided to supplement the July 17,1996 submittal. This submittal conects an administrative oversight and does not impact the environmental assessment and finding of no significant hazards provided with the original submittal.
