Modification No. 3 to 'lask Order No. 8 Under NRC 02 96-004 The purpose of this modification is to provide an extension from November 15, 1997 through March 31, 1998, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows*
The second paragraph of the definit 12ation letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 8 shall be in effect from November 4, 1996 through March
- 31. 1998 with a cost ceiling of $120,913."
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
A summary of obligations from the award date through the date of this action are provided below; Total FY 97 Obligations:
