Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.82(a)(7), Consumers Energy Company hereby submits Revision 2 to the Post Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report (PSDAR) for the Big Rock Point Plant. This revision incorporates a revised, detailed schedule and a revised cost' estimate that will be submitted to the Michigan Public Service Commission. This revision also includes a revised description of the planned decommissioning activities and a discussion that provides the reasons for concluding that the environmental impacts associated with site-specific decommissioning activities will be in compliance with 10 CFR )
