1 NRC-04-98-054 Modification No. 2 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $140.000, thereby increasing the obligated amount from $222,569 by $140,000 to $362,569.00.
Accordingly the following changes are hereby made:
- 1. Section B.3 Consideration and Obligation, Cost Reimbursement (JUN 1988) paragraph (b)is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:
"(b) The total amount obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is
$362,569.000. It is estimated that the amount obligated will cover performance through November 30, 2000."
The amount being obligated for this modification is $140,000.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
A summary of obligations for this contract from award date through the date of this action is provided below:
