.Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $268,815, thereby increasing the obligated amount from $2,%8,000 to $3,236,815.
Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
Under Section B - Supplies or Services andfrices/ Costs, Paragraph B.4 - Consideration and Obligation-Delivery Orders, the first sentence of Subparagraph (b) is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"B.4 - CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION (b) The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $3,236,815."
A summary of obligations for this contract from award date through the date of this action is provided below:
Total FY94 obligations: $2,033,000.00 Total FY95 obligations: $ 300,000.00 Total FY96 obligations: $ 300,000.00 Total FY97 obligations: $ 185,000.00 Total FY98 obligations: $ 418,815.00 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations: $3,236,815.00.
This modification obligates FY98 funds in the amount of $268,815.00.
