" Work Statement" to include: 1) requirements to work outside of the normal work schedule and 2) to incorporate the requirement for a Status Report. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified ac follows: In accordance with the attached Statement of Work, the following is added to the contract: 1.) i STATEMENT Or WORK HODlflCATION NO. 6 UNDER NRC-33 96 176 Under Section C.4 NRC 1RM Environment, the following paragraph will be bdded: C 4.1 Work Outside of Normal Operating Days and Hours Work related to the operation of the CSC or related to other services performed under this contract may be performed on days or hours outside the normal NRC operating times subject to the approval of NRC's Project Officer. Task Manager, or CSS Section Chief. Under Section C. Description / Specification / Work Statement, the following will -be added as C.16. C. 16 CSC Status Report GMSI shall prepare a CSC Status Report. The report shall be sutnitted on a weekly or bi weekly basis as designated by NRC's Project Officer. The GMSI On site or Off-site manager will be notified by e mail or memorandum regarding any changes in the frequency of the report. The report will be submitted on Wednesdays prior to 3 p.m. The report will cover all pertinent information on issues, projects, and requests as of the time of its preparation (as of ap)roximately Tuesday or Wednesday of the week in which the re) ort is being su nitted).
