" Work Statement" to include: 1) requirements to work outside of the normal work schedule and 2) to incorporate the requirement for a Status Report. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified ac follows: In accordance with the attached Statement of Work, the following is added to the contract: 1.) C.4.1 " Work Outs..de of Normal Operating Days and Hours" 2.) C.16 "CSC Status Report" A summary of obligations, from the award date through the date of this action, are given below: Total FY96 Obligations: $367,400.21 Total FY97 Obligations: $500,355.74 Cumulative NRC Obligations: $875,755.95 This modification does not obligate any funds. i STATEMENT Or WORK HODlflCATION NO. 6 UNDER NRC-33 96 176 Under Section C.4 NRC 1RM Environment, the following paragraph will be bdded: C 4.1 Work Outside of Normal Operating Days and Hours Work related to the operation of the CSC or related to other services performed under this contract may be performed on days or hours outside the normal NRC operating times subject to the approval of NRC's Project Officer. C. 16 CSC Status Report GMSI shall prepare a CSC Status Report. The report shall be sutnitted on a weekly or bi weekly basis as designated by NRC's Project Officer. The GMSI On site or Off-site manager will be notified by e mail or memorandum regarding any changes in the frequency of the report.
