NRC 26-95 278 Modification No. 3 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this contract modification is to (1) to correct a mathematical transposition error in contract modification no. 2 and (2) to exercise the option for CLIN #0111 in the amount of $18,856.50. Accordingly. Contract No, NRC 26 95 278 is hereby modified as follows:

Items nos.
2 and 3 of contract modification no. 2 are hereby corrected to read as follows due to a mathematical transposition error in the modification amount:
- 2........ the total price for CLIN #0110 is reduced by $533.00 from
$19.389.50 to $18.856.50, in addition, the total price for CLIN #0111 is reduced by $533.00 from $19,389.50 to $18.856.50,
- 3......... the total contract price is hereby increased by $18.856.50

In accordance with Section 1.3 entitled "0PTION FOR INCREASED 00ANTITY -
SEPARATELY PRICED LINE ITEM." the option for CLIN #0111 (Second Option for Additional Consumable Supplies) it hereby exercised in the amount of'
$18.856.50. As a result, the total contract price is hereby increased by
$18.856.50 from $121.346.54 to $140.203.04.
2.
In accordance with Section F.2 " Time of Delivery." the Contractor shall deliver all items corresponding to CLIN #0111 to the GAN office in Novovoronezh within 30 days from the date the Contractor receives this contract modification. The Contractor shall submit its invoice for all goods delivered to GAN under CLIN #0111 in accordane with Section J Attachment No.
1-of the basic contract entitled " Billing Instructions" and the invoice certification procedures set forth in contract modification no.1.

As as result of the above correction of mod 2 and the exercise of CLIN 0111. a deobligation is made in JCN R9405 in the amount of $9.00 and an obligation is made in JCN R9605 in the amount of $10.856.50 (see block 12 of SF 30). A summary of fund obligations for this contract from award date through the date of this action is provided below:
