Block for the purposes of this motion, the panies request that the filing deadlines extension granted on this da~y to Franklin County Regional Planning Board [FCRPB] be extended.to all panies and petitioners in this matter. It was the understanding of movants that the FCRPB motion was to apply 'to all parties and <

petitioners, and on this basis assent to the motion was provided earlier of this day.

WHEREFORE, movants request that the Panel grant this motion and extend all deadlines for amending petitions until April 6,1998.
