ST FF RhyUIREMENTS - SECY-97-136 - REMOVAL OF THE ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY /CURTIS BAY DEPOT SITE FROM THE SITE DECOMMISSIONING MANATEMENT PLAN This is to advise you that the Commission has not objected to the staff plans to release the Anne Arundel County /Curtis Bay Depot Site for unrestricted use and remove the site from the Site Decommissioning Management Plan.
The following editorial changes should be made to the draft letters.
1.
In the letter to EPA, paragraph 3, line 12, insert
' currently effective' before ' criteria.'
In paragraph 3, line 16, insert ' current' before ' limits.'
In paragraph 4, line 3, delete the comma after 'found.'
2.
In the letter to DLA, paragraph 1, line 2, replace 'their' with 'its.'
In paragraphs 2 and 3, make the same changes as noted in the EPA letter above.
In the last paragraph, line 3 from the end, insert a comma and ' Congressman Wayne Oilchrist' after ' Works.'
3.
In the htter te the Land Use Officer, paragraphs 1, 2 and 3,
maku the same changes as noted in the letter to DLA.
In the laat paragraph, line 3 from the end, insert a comma and
' Congre'sman Wayne Gil. christ' after ' Agency.'
