The Nuclear Regulatory Comission-(NRC) periodically evaluates past performance of contractors during the life of the contract, and also at the end of-the contract, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 42.15.
Information collected is used by NRC staff as a tool for monitoring-Jerformance with contractors and is also maintained and provided to other r deral. Agencies requesting such information for their procurement processes.
