This attachment includes a description of, and justification for, the changes included in Revision 39 and the revised pages to be entered into the Plan.
Consumers Energy Company has determined that the changes contained in Revision 39 do not degrade the overall safeguards effectiveness of the Palisades Security Plan. Therefore, this revision is submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).
