proposed reactor safety standarcs, and such other duties as the Commission may request, The Commission offers this appointment based on the understanding that you will not advise the ACRS on any prticular matter that would directly and predictably affect the financial interests of the University of Tennessee, Florida Power & Light, Schering-Plough Corp.,
Motorola, Inc., IBM, A's s m ip Morris, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, or Los Alamos National Laboratory.
