The Commission has concurred in the staff's conclusion that the proposed Agreement for Cooperation between the U.S. and Brazil r
Concerning the Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy meets the requirements of Section 123 of the Atomic Energy Act, as amended.
Accordingly, the staff is requested-to prepare for the Chairman's signature a-letter to the President informing him of the Commission's decision.
