The ' purpose of this modification is to incorporate the contractor's revised indirect rates for Fiscal Year-1996 in accordance with DCAA'.s Audit Report No.

3121-98B10250016 dated 11/12/97 (previously provided to contractor under separate cover). Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:

Section G.3 - NRCAR 2052.216 INDIRECT COST RATES (JAN.

1993),

paragraph a. is revised as-follows to incorporate the indirect rates for the period beginning January 1. 1996 through December 31, 1996:

"A.

Pending the establishment of final indirect rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable provisional billing rates as follows:

Fringe. Benefits:

35.17% (applied to total labor dollars)

Labor Overhead:

'126% (applied to total direct labor and fringe benefits)"
