.The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) periodically evaluates past performance of contractors during the life of the contract, and also at the end of the contract, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 42.15.
Information collected is used by NRC-staff as a tool for monitoring
)erformance with contractors and is also maintained and provided to other r deral Agencies requesting such information for their procurement processes.
