-The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) periodically evaluates past t
performance of contractors during the life ~of the contract, and also at the end of the contract, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 4
42.15.
Information collected is used by NRC staff as a-tool for monitoring aerformance with contractors and is also maintained and provided to other r deral Agencies requesting such information for their procurement processes.
