The first is to inform you that Dr. P. A. Zitelli has resigned as Radiation Safety Officer at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

I have been appointed to take his place by the President of the University.

A resume of my qualifications is enclosed. This is for licenses, SNM-1045 (Pu39-Be) and 37-13088-01 (Cl4).

The second purpose of the letter is in reference to the Usage Report on Pu39-Be which is due this month.

In making the transfer from Dr. Zitelli to myself, the forms for this purpose have been misplaced.

I would appreciate it if additional copies of this form could be sent to us immediately.

Degree in Mathematics and Phyeical Sciences, West Liberty State College; West Liberty, West Virginia, 1962 M.S. Degree, West Virginia University, Morgantown, West Virginia, 1964 Ph.D. Degree, West Virginia University, Morgantown, West Virginia, 1967.

Master's Degree and Ph.D. Work was in Nuclear Physics under the direction'of C.D. Thomas, and Atam P. Arya.

Experience Experience in Radiation Safety was obtained at West Virginia University with the small reactors and the Van de Graaff accelerator facilities.

Summer of 1964, Health Physics Division of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Whole body counting facilities under the direction of P.E: Brown.
