PADUCAH CERTIFICATE AMENDMENT REQUEST - REVISION TO FNMCP AND COMPLIANCE PLAN (TAC NO. L32019)
Dear Mr. Miller:
In accordance with your application dated March 4,1997, and pursuant to Part 76 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Certificate of Compliance GDP 1 is hereby amended to revise *he Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan and Compliance Plan issue A.2 to be consistent in the discussion of dimensional measurement calculations to determine equipment volumes. Accordingly, Condition 8 has been revised to include the date of March 4,1997. This amendment is effective immediately.
All other conditions of this certificate shail remain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of the revised Certificate of Compliance.
