Querio, letter dated May 30,1997; Transmitting Response to Notice of Violation NRC Inspection Report 50-373/3733-95003 The reference letter transmitted our commitment, in response to Violation 373/374-95003-02, to provide annual and quarterly traiqing on 10CFR50.59 safety evaluations. This is to inform you that this training will now be provided blannually (twice per year). The Comed Nuclear Generation Group has implemented a common Nuclear Station Work Procedure governing safety evaluations (NSWP A-04), which requires blannual training for personnel performing safety evaluations.
