Dear Mr. Chappell:
We request renewal of Certificate of Compliance number 9032 issued for the model 650 Type B package. As this package continues to be used for export shipment and shipments within Canada, we do require this package until we can get the modified version (model 650L) under certificate nurber 9269 approved for export and shipment to Canada.
We will be requesting termination of this certificate once the other approvals are received for the locking version 650L.
The only other change is from Amersham to AEA Technology as the manufacturer.-The current certificate has an expiration date of 31 Oct 99, we therefore would greatly appreciate a quick review if possible.
