The inspection was an examinaton of the activities conducted under your hcense as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance WKh the Nuclear R:gulat ommission (NRC) rules and regulatons and the conditions of your hcense. The inspectson consisted of selective examinatens of procedures tnd r:
entative records, interviews with personnel, and observatons by the inspector. The inspection findings are as follows:
